Professional Facial Composite Training for Law Enforcement

The FACES™ Training & Certification Program delivers a practical, fieldready curriculum designed specifically for police, security agencies, and investigative units. Training is led by Mr. Ken Gooley, Former U.S. DEA Officer and Lead FACES™ Training Specialist, bringing decades of operational experience in cognitive interviewing and suspect identification. Our program equips officers with the skills to conduct professional eyewitness interviews and generate accurate digital facial composites using the FACES™ system—building a sustainable, inhouse capability for ongoing investigations.

What the Training Covers

Our intensive 2–3 day course blends theory, handson practice, and operational workflow integration. Core Modules

Foundations & Cognitive Interviewing Eyewitness memory principles Avoiding bias and contamination Cognitive interviewing in Arabic lawenforcement contexts Guided practice recreating known faces

DAY 2

Advanced Composition & Regional Customization Microadjustments and finetuning Adding scars, tattoos, headwear, and regional beard styles Simulated witness–operator interview scenarios Composite accuracy review and feedback

DAY 3

(Optional): Operational Integration & TraintheTrainer Exporting composites to wanted posters and intelligence bulletins Case logging and chainofcustody documentation Integrating composites into checkpoints and field operations Building internal training capability Final assessment and certification
